It does what it says (nothing more)

The application does exactly what it says and nothing more. A little too simple in my opinion. It features two options: Fullscreen and a Crackle option that adjusts the volume of the crackling sound.

How it works: It plays one of two identical 57 second long 1440x1080 H.264 encoded MOV files and seemlessly interchanges between them.

It would be nice if there were a function to use this as a screensaver or an active desktop background. It would also be nice to be able to adjust the window size.

UPDATE: Well he got rid of the duplicate copy of the video making the program much smaller. It definitely runs better (no more running my MBP fans). However the ad might be annoying. I solved it by replacing the graphic in the button with my own so I dont have to look at it.

Hint: Show package contents>Contents>Resources>premium_button_bkgrnd.png Replace that image with your own. Problem solved.
